Very Clean and welcoming dentist. I 100% recommend Ideal dentist as the staff explained every step of the process. They have TV’s in the rooms so you don’t have to stare at a blank wall space so you feel comfortable before working on your teeth. That helped calm my nerves before the procedure. Dentist is gentle and caring during the procedure so they gained my trust.

The people are wonderful, caring, and they listened. The big issue is the price to fix my dental condition. it is astronomical! It nears $12,000. As a retired senior it will take me many years to pay off this bill. The only method offered is the latest implants not the older styles. This dental clinic is one of many whose corporate office is in Texas. I do not have dental insurance which is also very expensive, and when needed only pays a small portion of the tab. The next issue is they do not take cash, or a check. 50% is to be paid before the procedure and the balance after the procedure is completed. If you want to use your credit card, then understand the the charge that normally is assigned to the company that uses your card, passes on that charge to you. So they don't have to pay the credit card charge. They call is a surcharge on your bill. No effort was made to help me with the charges they wanted to complete the procedure for me. This is what we charge, take it or leave it! It is a shame what has happened to the medical industry especially concerning the Dental needs of the most vulnerable people, seniors. This bill exceeds my income from SS by ten years.

My first experience last year wasn't great and frankly I didn't want to come back. But today I feel so much better since Dr. Chuck's superior knowledge and experience corrected some previous misconceptions. He is very personable and he and Gloria made me feel very comfortable. Gloria really shows how she cares and is always smiling. It will be 5 stars when they get a permanent dentist that is like Dr. Chuck I can see regularly. Will be back!

I received amazing service from everyone at the office, starting with the front desk; Gloria-Assistant Dr. Ariana Figueroa; and Alex, the hygienist. I’ve been scared of going to the dentist for years, but they all took the time to explain every process and procedure in detail, which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Ariana clearly explained all the next steps for my treatment, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Alex worked with me for a long time and explained everything so patiently and thoroughly. God bless your hands, ladies! Highly recommended!
